Area 13 Films was founded in 1996 when it originally consisted of two ambitious filmmakers. In their spare time while attending college they would produce, write and direct over 10 films.

In 2003 they took things to the next level and produced two films (Operation: Senior Week and Daddy's Little Girl) that were seen on the festival circuit. While this was going on they developed a public access show (My Show Is Better Than Your Show) focusing on a variety of comedy skits that began airing in more than 6 different locations. Coming off the popularity of that show they developed numerous short films based on shorts from the show. Currently, many more films are in production from our company, all of which will be seen on the independent circuit.

In 2004 Area 13 Films began professionally filming weddings, commercials and music videos. Since that time they have over 30 such projects to their credit all of which have provided great feedback on their work. Our crew consists of over 50 people from various fields of talent working in different capacities.

Stemming from the large amount of talent working for their company, Area 13 Films agressively strives to undercut the competition with both great prices and quality work. If you can find another company that offers the same services for less money, let us know and we'll work to beat that price.
